Clinical Psychologist
 

Bridget is a Clinical Psychologist and board-approved supervisor with extensive clinical experience in both the public and private sectors. She has expertise treating depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, stress and trauma. Bridget is passionate about creating a warm and calming environment and has an interest in supporting neurodivergent clients. Bridget believes that creating an authentic and collaborative relationship provides a strong foundation to develop and work towards meaningful goals. She supports her clients to live a full life. In her work, Bridget uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindful Self-Compassion and other evidence-based approaches to create a tailored intervention, individual to each client.
