Psychologist
Clara Jones is a registered psychologist and has a Masters Degree in both Psychology and Forensic Psychology from the UK. Clara has a wealth of knowledge in delivering evidence-based treatment programs to both groups and individuals and has spent the past five years specialising in cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT).
Clara has predominantly worked within community settings (both in the not for profit sector and within the government) and has specialised with working with clients who have a wide range of presentations, including trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, suicidality, attachment issues, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Intellectual Disability (ID) and Personality Disorders.
In her personal life, Clara is a keen adventurer and has travelled to over 60 countries, she enjoys staying active and loves checking out new restaurants in the area!
Clara is a warm and empathetic individual who takes pride in ensuring her clients are at the centre of everything she does.
