Joanne is a registered psychologist and a member of the Australian Psychological Society. She has a Masters in Health Psychology and works with adults to help them with their anxiety, stress and depression, and with a range of health conditions including chronic pain, eating disorders, diabetes, difficulties with sleep, burnout, workplace stress, pregnancy support, carer support, grief, return to work and trauma. Her counselling style is client centred, warm and supportive, working collaboratively to identify goals and select best practice interventions. Treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy and Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
